About the Firm

About Integrity Construction Consultants

Integrity Construction Consultants LLC is an independent construction consulting firm. We provide forensic investigation, expert witness services, claims analysis, and project advisory to attorneys, owners, developers, insurers, sureties, contractors, and public agencies.

What We Do

What we do and how we do it.

Construction disputes require someone who understands construction — not just the law or the accounting, but the actual work: how buildings are designed, built, and where they fail.

We investigate defects, analyze claims, review change orders, provide expert witness services, and advise owners on active projects — across residential, commercial, and public construction.

We have no contractor relationships, no design liability, and no financial stake in the outcome. Just honest, objective analysis.

Our Values

The Principles That Guide Our Work

Independence

We work for the client who retains us — and no one else. We have no financial relationships with contractors, material suppliers, or design firms. Our opinions are not influenced by anyone other than the facts and the documents.

Objectivity

We tell clients what the evidence supports — not what they want to hear. An opinion that cannot withstand scrutiny is not worth having. We provide honest, objective analysis even when the answer is not the one the client hoped for.

Thoroughness

Construction disputes are won and lost on the details. We review the documents carefully, inspect the conditions thoroughly, and develop our opinions methodically. We do not cut corners or make assumptions when the facts can be established.

Credibility

Our value to clients depends on the credibility of our work. We write clear, well-organized reports. We support our opinions with evidence. We are prepared to defend our findings under cross-examination and in front of judges, juries, and arbitrators.

Credentials & Background

Experience Grounded in the Field

Our principal brings hands-on construction experience to every engagement. Before transitioning to consulting, our work included direct involvement in construction — providing a practical, field-level understanding of how buildings are actually built, not just how they appear in plans and specifications.

That background informs everything we do. When we review a pay application, we understand what the work actually involves. When we investigate a defect, we know what proper installation looks like. When we analyze a change order, we understand the real cost of the work.

Our Approach

"We tell clients what the evidence supports — not what they want to hear. That honesty is what makes our work valuable."

Every engagement begins with a thorough review of the available documents and a careful inspection of the conditions. We develop our opinions methodically, support them with evidence, and present them clearly. We do not overstate our findings, and we do not understate them.

Why Independence Matters

Why independence matters in construction consulting.

Many construction consultants have ongoing relationships with contractors, design firms, or other industry participants that can influence their analysis. We do not. We have no contractor relationships to protect, no design work that creates liability exposure, and no financial interest in any outcome other than providing accurate, objective analysis.

That independence is the foundation of our value to clients. An expert whose opinion might be shaped by other relationships is an expert whose opinion cannot be fully trusted. We are structured to avoid that problem entirely.

Independently Owned

Personally led. Not corporate-managed.

Integrity is independently owned and personally led. We are not run by a private equity firm or corporate platform where clients can feel like another number on a spreadsheet.

Our clients get direct access, faster communication, focused attention, and practical construction judgment. We stay lean, responsive, and accountable so the work stays personal, the findings stay clear, and the quality stays high.
