Independent, objective investigation of construction defects, failures, and damage. We identify what happened, why it happened, what needs to be repaired, and what documentation supports the finding.
We investigate construction defects across all building types — residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional. Our work is field-based and document-driven. We inspect the conditions, review the project records, identify what failed and why, and define what needs to be repaired. Clients include attorneys, property owners, insurers, developers, HOAs, and facility managers who need an objective technical opinion.
We start by reviewing available project documents — plans, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, inspection reports, and correspondence. Then we go to the site. We document conditions with photographs, measurements, and written observations.
Our analysis identifies the root cause of the defect or failure, defines the scope of repair, and provides an independent cost-of-repair opinion. Findings are presented in a written report organized to support litigation, mediation, arbitration, or claim resolution.
